Order & Cancellation Policy

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for any reason.

As part of the usual business practice, we will not refund the amount. However, a customer can redeem the amount towards the purchase of some other outfit.

A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of making the order on the Site.

SIZING

The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed silhouette while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you. Alternatively, we offer made-to-measure products as well. There will be an additional charge for sizes above Bust size.
